Shannon brings absolutely everything needed for a professional session directly to your door — a padded massage table, clean fresh linens, relaxing music, and premium organic massage oils. All you need to provide is a clear floor space roughly 6 feet by 8 feet and a couple of hours of time for yourself. Setup and breakdown are fast. You never have to leave home.
Your first session begins with a brief intake conversation about your health history, lifestyle, any injuries or areas of concern, and your goals for the session. Shannon will walk you through exactly what to expect, answer any questions, and check in regularly on pressure and comfort during the massage. You are always in complete control.
Shannon accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is collected at the end of your session. Gift certificates are also available.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a partial session fee of 50% of the booked service. Yes! Prenatal massage is safe and highly beneficial for most expectant mothers, typically beginning in the second trimester. Shannon uses specialized side-lying positioning and bolsters designed specifically for pregnant bodies. She always recommends consulting your OB-GYN or midwife first if you have any high-risk conditions.
A small travel fee may apply depending on your location — particularly for communities further into the West Valley such as Buckeye, Verrado, or Waddell. Many locations in central Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale have no travel fee at all. Shannon will always confirm any travel fee upfront when you book — no surprises.
Absolutely. Shannon holds an active license through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy and carries full professional liability insurance. She is happy to share her license number and documentation upon request. Your safety, privacy, and wellbeing are always the first priority.
